GrowthBara ("we", "us") runs advertising and patient-enquiry services for

healthcare clinics in India.

1. What we collect

When you tap one of our ads or message us on WhatsApp, we receive:

- your name and WhatsApp phone number

- the messages you send us, including answers to our consultation questions

- which ad you came from (shared by Meta)

We do not collect payment details, and we do not ask for medical records.

2. Why we use it

- to reply to you and answer your questions

- to book a consultation with the clinic you enquired about

- to send reminders about a consultation you booked

- to measure which ads work (counts only, e.g. "lead", "booked")

3. Who we share it with

- The clinic you enquired about, only to arrange your consultation.

- Meta Platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram), which provides the messaging

and ads. We send Meta only basic events such as "Lead", "Qualified" or

"Booked", never your health details.

We never sell your data.

4. How long we keep it

Up to 12 months after your last message, then we delete it, unless you ask us

to delete it sooner.

5. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see,

correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time.

6. How to delete your data

Reply "DELETE MY DATA" in the same WhatsApp chat you used to contact us, or

email [your email]. We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm.
